Walk-ins and appointments are welcome. Walk-in guests should arrive at least 30 minutes before closing to allow sufficient time for service.

Guests arriving late for spa treatments may receive a shortened service while being charged the full scheduled price. Appointments may need to be rescheduled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, as other guests may be scheduled immediately afterward.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

This policy helps protect our technicians’ time, as each appointment is reserved exclusively for you.

Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or provide written parental consent before receiving spa services. For safety reasons, children under the age of 8 who are not receiving a service are not permitted in the spa.

To help maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for everyone, we kindly ask that you silence your mobile device and speak softly in all spa treatment areas.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to receive alcoholic beverages. One complimentary drink is available per guest.
