All walk-ins and appointments are welcomed.  Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to closing to be service. For spa treatments, arriving late may require us to shorten the length of your treatment with full charges applied. Your appointment may not be guaranteed if you're more than 15 minutes late as there may be appointments scheduled after yours.

Please provide us at least a 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance will have a 50% penalty charge. All No-Call/No-Show must follow our strict policy of forfeiting 100% late cancellation fee. Please understand that this is very important to our technicians as you’re their priority and they mayhave clients booked after yours.

Minor under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by or have written consent of a parent or guardian for any spa treatments. Children under 8 years old not receiving service will not be allowed in the spa for their safety and the safety of others.

In order to provide you and others with a tranquil environment, we appreciate you silencing your cellular device and lowering your voice in the spa treatment areas.

Must be 21 years old age or older to receive alcoholic beverages. Limited to only one complimentary drink per guest.

Gifts are a wonderful way to share the relaxation with your family and friends. Let us know if you are interested in purchasing a gift card for your love ones.  All gift cards must be redeem within 12 months of purchase.  It is your responsibility to keep track of your physical card and the expiration date.  Service is not permitted after expiration date.
